Cedar Chest is a department store in historic downtown Northampton, MA's Thorne's Marketplace which sells many high quality, unique home furnishings, bedding, kids toys, beauty products, office products, pet toys and treats.

Cedar Chest prides itself on their passion for finding new, interesting and unique items. Their inventory constantly changes to stay ahead of fashion and design trends.

The Challenge

Cedar Chest wanted to create an email marketing campaign that rewarded customers who purchased items from the new online store, and to also engage current store customers by providing information about in-store specials and events, without a ton of time and effort on Cedar Chest's behalf.

The Result

Tortus designed an ecommerce email template allowing Cedar Chest to highlight products, provide information on in-store specials and events, and also inform their clients about the benefits of the products they sell.
