Located in Chicopee, MA Teddy Bear Pools & Spas has over 32 years of Installation and Service experience, with a retail & warehouse space of over 50,000 sqft providing an unrivaled selection of parts, chemicals, accessories & toys for pools and spas.
The Challenge
Teddy Bear Pools & Spas website needed an update. They wanted a site that was contemporary, and customized to suit their client base.
The Result
Tortus created an E-Commerce solution that included integrating their point of sale system. Customers now have the ability for the to shop quickly and easily. The site now reflects the updated professional image, with easy navigation.
Teddy Bear Pools & Spas now has a more comprehensive product catalog with large images so the customer can clearly identify each of their products. Also new to their site is a full pool and spa line. The site also allows the user to view and print current sales flyers, promotional coupons, as well as brochures, product specifications, and warranties.
Tortus also implemented custom broadcast email software enabling Teddy Bear Pools & Spa’s to communicate directly with their customers about in-store events, news, and promotions.
