Help, I'm getting hundreds of undeliverable email messages!

Unfortunately, this usually means that your email password has been discovered by a hacker, and is being used to send spam through our mail server. Recently, this has happened to several users with passwords that were too simple or easily guessed. If this happens to you, please contact your email admin or support@tortus.com immediately to reset your password, and run a thorough virus scan.

A strong password should be at least 12 characters, have upper and lower-case letters, numbers and even one or two symbols.

We do monitor the situation, but are not able to catch all cases. If we do notice an account being used to send spam and are unable to contact the owner, we will temporarily suspend the account.

If you have already been migrated to Rackspace email, you should still be careful with your password.
