Client Website Administration Log In:

  1. Go to your domain and add the end uf the url add /admin (for example, "mysite.com/admin")
  2. Use your login credentials to access your admin.
  3. Email marketing is at send.tortus.com (old system still available at mercury.tortus.com)

Incoming mail settings:

Type: POP*
Server: mail.tortus.com
Username: (your full email address)
Password: (your password)
Security / Encryption: SSL
Port: 995

Outgoing mail settings:

Server: smtp.tortus.com
Username: (your full email address)
Password: (your password)
Security / Encryption: TLS (STARTTLS)
Port: 587**

* We support IMAP as well, if needed. The IMAP incoming mail port is 993.

** Encryption and port 587 are required when setting up your outgoing mail. In Outlook, this can only be found under the advanced settings, and the setting may be called "Use encrypted connection". (If given a choice, choose TLS for the encryption type.)

On some Android tablets, you may need to choose STARTTLS for the outgoing encryption setting.
